I liked the play. The lawyer/ defense attorney really really bugged me. I think he was trying to blame everything on the way the woman was dressed and how she carried herself. I think alot of woman that do get raped blame themselves and I dont think this story helped any. I felt really bad for the woman when they were hounding her with tons of questions!!!

The play seems to make everyone angry — so maybe that’s what the play does well? One thing I thought: this is a really clear blueprint for how the victim gets blamed. So maybe it’s helpful because it gives us such a clear example of what’s wrong.

I totally agree! This play did nothing to help the situation,but it did shed light on the reality of harrassment.
